My name is Meytal and I am a Le Cordon Bleu London–trained pastry chef with years of experience in fine dining restaurants and 5 stars hotels. Throughout my career I always placed an emphasis on both the technical demands of professional baking and the creative spark needed to make desserts unforgettable. My journey didn’t begin in a professional kitchen, it began at home, with a whisk, a spatula, a little bit of chocolate, and a whole lot of curiosity. Back in 2010, baking was just a hobby while I worked as a photographer and video editor (Fine Arts university Bachelor's degree). But what started as a side project, in a few short years, became a small home-based cake business, and eventually, a calling I could no longer ignore. That passion led me to London, where I trained at Le Cordon Bleu and stepped fully into the pastry world. Even while working full time in the hospitality business, my background in photography never left me. I see pastry as design: textures, shapes, and light. I realized that molds were more than just tools; they are canvases. And so, I began creating and designing my own molds that combine technical performance with visual artistry. These molds give bakers (professional and amateur alike) an easy and simple way to achieve elevated precision while unlocking a creative flare.
