Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information when your package is on its way.
Order processing times are separate from shipping times and do not include transit times.
Please note: Custom-made or personalized molds may require additional production time as specified on the product page.
Business days refer to regular working days and exclude weekends, public holidays, and non-operational days.
Shipping Times & Rates
Domestic Shipping (within Israel):
Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
Delivery times vary by destination. At checkout, you’ll see the options available for your address.

Economy delivery is handled by Israel Postal Service and transferred to your national postal operator once it arrives in your country.
Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days, sometimes up to 21 days. - Priority delivery is handled by FedEx, with delivery in 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Standard shipping applies to orders that can be packed in a single standard parcel.
Oversized, heavy, or bulky orders may require additional shipping charges. In such cases, we will contact you for approval before processing the shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.
International Orders & Customs
We currently ship to the following countries and regions only: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and Israel.
We may expand shipping to additional countries or regions in the future, which may include the European Union, at our discretion.
International orders outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by local authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility and are typically collected once the parcel reaches its destination country.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or declines delivery of a shipment, the parcel may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, the order is not eligible for a refund, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
As customs policies vary significantly between countries, we are unable to predict these costs. For the most accurate information, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
Customs, Regulations & External Delays
International shipments are subject to customs inspections, local regulations, and security procedures in the destination country.
Delays, additional requirements, charges, customs clearance issues, or decisions made by customs authorities or other governmental bodies are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays, clearance issues, seizure, destruction, or return of shipments resulting from import laws, regulatory requirements, or decisions made by authorities in the destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import into their country and that they comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
International Shipping – United States:
All orders shipped to the United States with a total value of up to $800 USD are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
This means that all applicable customs duties and tariffs are prepaid by us, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Orders exceeding $800 USD may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import processing fees imposed by U.S. authorities. In such cases, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier operations, or other factors outside our control.
If tracking shows no updates for more than 14 days, you may wish to contact your local postal service, as the parcel may already be awaiting collection.
If tracking shows no updates for more than 30 days, please contact us so we can review the shipment and, where applicable, initiate an investigation with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost after a reasonable investigation period, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or delivery was declined by the recipient for any reason, shipping fees and return handling costs are non-refundable.
During peak periods, holidays, or special promotions, order processing and delivery times may be extended.
We always make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the package and the affected items. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Shipping Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues, we cannot guarantee delivery outcomes once the shipment is in transit.
Prohibited Items & Compliance with Destination Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may be legally imported into their destination country.
Some countries impose restrictions or require special permits, licenses, or approvals for certain goods. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, returned, seized, destroyed, or refused by customs or other authorities due to local regulations, prohibited items, or missing documentation.
If an order is returned to us, confiscated, or destroyed due to non-compliance with import regulations, shipping fees and return handling costs are non-refundable.
We recommend that customers review their local import regulations or consult their local customs authority before placing an international order.
Customs Processing & Authority Decisions
Customs authorities in the destination country have the right to inspect, delay, assess, release, refuse, return, seize, or destroy shipments in accordance with local laws and regulations.
We have no control over customs inspections, clearance decisions, processing times, or requirements imposed by customs authorities. Delays caused by customs inspections, regulatory reviews, or requests for additional documentation are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Any customs-related decisions, assessments, or actions taken by the authorities are final and outside our responsibility.
